Zenplanner Issues

  1. A Zenplanner account is mandatory, if you do not have access to your account, please use the links on the left pane to contact Master Vasquez.
  2. If you have a payment alert on your account, please use the links on the left pane to contact Master Vasquez.
  3. If you have a Liability Waiver Issue (notification not going away), please use the links on the left pane to contact Master Vasquez.

Navigating Zenplanner

  1. On the App and the website, you can filter your calendar to only show you the Live in-person classes or the Virtual classes. *hint: virtual class timings on Zenplanner are offset by 15 minutes
  2. The curriculum videos are only available on the app
  3. The meeting link and meeting ID will only be visible on the app. If you want to attend class on your computer, you can copy the meeting ID onto your computer.

Possible Issues

  1. Can’t see the link on the website? The link is only available on the Zenplanner App on a tablet/phone. If you would like to attend class on a computer, you can copy the meeting ID onto the Computer from the Zenplanner App.
  2. For anything else, contact Master Vasquez using the links on the left pane.

Zoom Issues

  1. If Zoom presents errors while trying to join the call or there are problems with the camera/audio not working on the call, please make sure you are on the latest version of Zoom.
  2. For convenience reasons, a lot of members use the link that Zoom automatically saves for them. This may put you in the wrong Zoom call sometimes, so please always refer to the Zenplanner for the most accurate link.
  3. If the password is not working, please make sure you are using the appropriate capitalization: “VTA” is supposed to be in all capitals. Sometimes, Zoom does act up when it is overloaded, so please try and refresh/restart the app for a second try.
  4. If your child is a younger or has a difficult time paying attention, please set the camera up for them in a way they won’t have access to mess around on the device.

Vimeo Issues

  1. If a link is not available on the module, we do not have that specific material recorded. We are trying our best to get the material completed, sorry for the inconvenience.
  2. Make sure that the password you are entering has the correct capitalization.
  3. If a link takes you to the wrong piece of material, please contact Master Vasquez using the links on the left pane.
  4. For anything else, contact Master Vasquez using the links on the left pane.
